ADC renovated the exterior of Decatur Place, a 106-unit affordable housing community in Denver’s Sun Valley neighborhood. The existing façade was updated by removing a failing EIFS system and replacing it with cement-board siding in a varied color palette, giving the four-story property a more contemporary and durable identity.
New flashing and termination details improved the building envelope, while the existing windows were retained and repaired where needed. The renovation refreshed the appearance of the community while extending the useful life of an important affordable housing property.
