Estrella Springs transforms a former Budget Inn motel in Santa Ana into permanent supportive housing for veterans and individuals experiencing homelessness or living with mental health diagnoses. ADC renovated and modernized two existing three-story buildings while adding a new 4,347-square-foot, two-story community center for resident services, activities, and gathering.

The revitalized 1.8-acre community includes outdoor fitness, a basketball court, community garden, dog run, computer lab, and other amenities designed to support stability, connection, and independent living.
