Finamore Place transforms a previously vacant 2.86-acre site in Anaheim into a community-centered affordable housing development with 102 one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. The four-story residential building wraps a large landscaped courtyard and is supported by a centralized parking structure, creating an efficient plan with generous outdoor amenities.
A two-story, 17,000-square-foot community center extends the project beyond housing, bringing healthcare, behavioral health services, and early childhood education directly into the development. The result connects affordable housing with services and amenities designed to support both residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
