ADC prepared two existing retail spaces at Mall of Louisiana for new tenants, including a relocated Justice store and a new H&M location. Working with the general contractor, ADC surveyed the vacant spaces, developed permit drawings, and converted each into a clean white-box condition ready for the incoming retailers.

The scope focused on the base building and tenant-ready infrastructure rather than the individual store interiors. H&M subsequently opened its Mall of Louisiana location in September 2019.
