ADC renovated the common areas of Ala Moana Pacific Center in Honolulu, updating an established office tower whose interiors needed to meet a more current Class A office standard. The work focused on the main lobby, elevator lobbies, common-area finishes, furniture, signage, and wayfinding while working within the practical constraints of an operating commercial building.

ADC introduced new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes using color and texture that connect the interiors to their Hawaii setting. Updated FF&E created more useful shared spaces, while the new signage and wayfinding package improved orientation throughout the tower. Together, the changes gave tenants and visitors a cleaner, more consistent arrival and circulation experience without relying on overly complicated or costly design moves.
