Regency Palms Senior Living transformed an existing building in Oxnard into an assisted living and memory care community for Global Premier Development. The single-story community organizes studio and one-bedroom residences around nine landscaped courtyards, creating frequent connections to daylight and outdoor space. Shared amenities include multiple dining and living areas, a theater, activity spaces, fitness room, beauty salon, and putting green. Global Premier America

ADC served as architect/designer, reworking the existing building to support a residential-care program while strengthening the relationship between private residences, shared amenities, and outdoor courtyards. The rehabilitation received a 2021 Gold Nugget Award of Merit for Best Rehabilitation Project. Interior design was provided by Studio Six5, with landscape design by Vella and Associates.
