Sierra Fountains is a 60-unit affordable housing community in Fontana developed with Jamboree Housing Corporation. The project includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in three three-story residential buildings.

ADC designed the architecture to respond to the residential character of the surrounding area, using stucco, horizontal siding, and stone accents to break down the scale of the buildings and give the community a more familiar residential feel.

A central community building provides resident services and shared spaces, while outdoor amenities include a pool, shaded play area, barbecue and dining areas, and a community garden. Together, the residential buildings and shared spaces create a complete affordable housing community organized around everyday living and resident connection.
