The Beacon

ADC’s documented work at The Beacon in Carlsbad contributed to the repositioning of an established outdoor shopping center for Asana Partners. The project focused on refreshing facades, supporting tenant improvements, and reworking outdoor areas to create a more cohesive, pedestrian-oriented retail environment. New and improved walkways and dining plazas helped connect shops, restaurants, and gathering spaces while strengthening the center’s overall identity. The renovation formed part of a multi-year transformation of the property, creating a more contemporary destination with a stronger relationship between the buildings, landscape, and public spaces.
