ADC worked with Brixmor Property Group on The Davis Collection, a major repositioning of the former University Mall in Davis. The redevelopment introduces a new generation of retail and dining alongside the existing Trader Joe’s, with new buildings, pedestrian connections, landscaped gathering areas, and a more open outdoor shopping experience. The design supports a mix of national retailers and restaurants while giving the center a stronger relationship to the surrounding community and UC Davis. Completed in 2025, the project transforms an outdated shopping center into a more walkable, contemporary destination organized around shopping, dining, and shared public space.
