Supporting a National Expansion
As Titan Solar Power expanded into new markets across the country, Architecture Design Collaborative provided architectural services for multiple warehouse and office locations. The program required a consistent approach that could support Titan’s operational needs while responding to the unique building conditions, jurisdictional requirements and schedules associated with each location.
ADC helped evaluate and adapt existing commercial and industrial buildings to accommodate warehouse operations, equipment and material storage, administrative offices, employee areas and customer-facing functions. Each location was planned to create an efficient connection between the office and warehouse components while maintaining a professional exterior presence.
Integrating Warehouse and Office Operations
The facilities were designed around the practical movement of employees, materials and daily operations. Warehouse areas supported storage, staging and distribution, while the office portions provided organized work environments for management, sales and administrative teams.
ADC coordinated the different uses within each building, addressing circulation, accessibility, life safety, building systems and the separation of office and warehouse functions. This integrated approach allowed each facility to operate as a unified workplace rather than as disconnected office and industrial spaces.
An Efficient Multi-Location Approach
National expansion requires consistency without assuming that every building or jurisdiction will be the same. ADC applied lessons learned across the program while adapting each project to its specific site, existing conditions and local approval process.
Clear documentation, consultant coordination and early identification of jurisdictional requirements helped move projects through design and permitting efficiently. This repeatable approach supported faster decision-making and gave Titan a reliable architectural partner as it entered new markets.
