Westview House, now known as Archways Santa Ana, is an 85-unit affordable housing community in Santa Ana designed for families and residents needing supportive housing. The development includes one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, with nearly three-quarters of the homes reserved for extremely low-income households.

ADC served as architect of record, working with Community Development Partners and design architect City Fabrick to carry the project through development and construction. The residential buildings include community and amenity spaces that support both families and residents receiving on-site services.

Shared spaces include a community room, outdoor play areas, picnic and barbecue spaces, walking paths, community gardens, and rooftop decks. The project combines affordable family housing and permanent supportive housing on a site close to transit and everyday services.
