ADC repositioned Temescal Village Plaza in Corona through targeted exterior improvements designed to refresh the shopping center while respecting its existing architecture. The scope focused on the inline retail facade, with updated materials, paint finishes, landscaping, and a new communal dining plaza that added a more inviting place to gather. Working within budget and leasing priorities, the design concentrated improvements where they could have the greatest visual and functional impact. The result is a more contemporary retail environment that strengthens tenant visibility while creating a warmer, more relevant experience for visitors.
