The client was focused on creating an inviting environment in North Hollywood for shoppers of Burlington. Adjacent to another retail center, the team worked hand in hand with the client to produce a structure for this direct tenant while maintaining an existing loading dock to share between the retail businesses. A distinctive entrance was created for the Burlington to provide separation from the rest of the center while also effortlessly incorporating branding elements for the tenant.
