Fountain Valley Retail

ADC designed this 11,285-square-foot ground-up multi-tenant retail building on a previously developed pad in Fountain Valley. The architecture combines varied materials, colors, and building planes to give individual tenants visibility while maintaining a cohesive identity.

High interior volumes provide flexibility for future restaurant, retail, and financial-service tenants. Site improvements included a new outdoor patio positioned to support restaurant use and extend activity beyond the storefronts.
