ADC provided architecture and interior design for the renovation of Tommy Bahama’s Newport Beach restaurant, bar, and retail store at Corona del Mar Plaza. The redesign introduced a lighter Coastal California expression of the brand, centered on a more open relationship between inside and outside. Large bi-folding doors open the facade to the patio, bringing daylight deep into the space and expanding the dining experience. Faux ceiling beams, large-format concrete tile, linear wood elements, and a central island bar create a relaxed but refined atmosphere that connects the restaurant, retail, and outdoor areas as one cohesive destination.
