Our Residential Architectural Success
The home is the most intimate space a person experiences, making residential designs great vehicles to genuinely improve people’s day-to-day lives. We partner closely with developers and our residential architects collaborate extensively on each residential project.
Every artist dreams of leaving a lasting impression on the world through their work, and that’s what you will do with ADC. One project we are thrilled to have completed recently is a new multi-family construction development in Davis, California called The Celeste.
The Celeste is one example of the projects you can work on that make an impact on people’s lives. This 225-unit 7.2-acre development consists of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across three different three- and four-story residential buildings.
It also has a range of outdoor amenities, including a community room, a fitness center, a clubhouse, a pool area, solar panels for renewable energy, and a dog walk area.

Another recent project we are thrilled to have completed is a three-story, multifamily affordable development in Pomona, California, called Villa Esperanza. This project consists of two tuck-underbuildings and provides indoor and outdoor amenities for residents, like:
- Multiple community rooms
- An after-school program
- A community garden
- A tot lot

Our Commercial Architectural Success

One project we worked on was a complete $36 million mall renovation. This renovation encompassed everything on the inside and outside, and it touched every component of the space that people saw and experienced.
